- Hi, my name is James and I've studied Spanish for the last 10 years. Last spring I went to Spain where I studied in a language program and travelled in Andalucia. I love the Spanish language and culture and want to share my passion with others.
- Name one unique thing about yourself.

I have double jointed thumbs which freaks some people out.
- What are your favorite hobbies?

My hobbies include reading, attending concerts, studying languages (currently studying Italian), wines, hiking, sports, drawing, photography and music. I would like to learn flamenco guitar someday and am a big fan of Paco de Lucia.
- Have you travelled to or lived in a Spanish-speaking country? Where?

I've travelled to Mexico, Argentina and Spain. I'm going to Ecuador and the Galapagos Islands in December. I would like to live, work or retire in a Spanish-speaking country someday.
- How do you use your Spanish?

I've got a few native-speaker friends I speak with and use it in my travels. I would like to use it on a more consistent basis.
- What is your Spanish ability level?

Advanced. My goal is to improve my fluency so I'm comfortable in any situation.
