Isobel continues to host a Wednesday Spanish Meetup (in conjuction with the Denver Free Spanish Network). Usually she hosts on the second Wednesday, but this month it will be on the third.
Our group ranges from beginner, intermediate, advanced, and native speakers, so all are welcome. Isobel usually cooks up a great salsa and provides us with a beautiful space for Spanish conversation. Come see old friends and meet new ones!
Some quick facts:
1) Meetings are from 7:30pm-10pm. It's very informal, meaning you can come at any time during those hours. We always ask members to please not show up any earlier than 7:30pm and be sure to be conscientious about leaving by 10pm.
2) Hosts are never obligated to provide food or beverages - if you wish, bring a beverage with you. We've had gracious hosts like Isobel, who provide some hospitality, and we've also had some wonderful guests, who bring food or beverages to share with others.
3) We average between 8 and 30 people at Denver Free Spanish Network meetings that are designated as meetups. You're always welcome to bring friends with you.
4) If you want a complete listing of all Denver Free Spanish Network meetings, bring a check for $8 payable to Isobel McGowan (or you can mail it to her at the address below).
