“ Spanish meetups are a great idea so long as there are native speakers to practice with. It's kind of useless when two or more non native speakers speak to each other in Spanish, you can't really improve your listening or oral skills. Perhaps there needs to be some kind of incentive to attract more native speakers of Spanish so that the rest of us can practice with them and get some real benefit out of the meetups. How about the native speakers get free drinks? Perhaps you have other ideas? ”
