Restaurant Suggestions in April

Please tell us your favorite hispanic restaurants, and why you think the group should meet there in April!

I hope you won't mind but I'd like to suggest a non-hispanic restaurant for the next meetup. I like to suggest Pappdeaux's(Cajun/Creole) on Rt 4. If get technical about it there's a historial Spanish influence in the food(and French). The reason: it's a good location right next to the expressway thus an easy drive and that they are meetup friendly. I know from personal experience that with reservations they will have a table ready for us and will make every effort to put you where you want to sit in the restaurant. They a room that is semi-private you can try to get, they also have some round tables so we can face each other(the number of people will gauge whether we can use one).
The food is really good. We can provide the Spanish. The back of the restaurant is the next most ideal place to sit next to the semi-private room very roomy and quieter.

Although it sounds like a great venue, I'd like to stick to places where people can at least order their food in Spanish. I'm feeling concerned enough about not having a MEETUP where we can do an activity together in Spanish.

How do others feel about it? I'd really like more input!
