NISD and NEISD Adult Community Education offers courses throughout the year. However, those classes need 10 people to "make." Advanced Spanish course in NISD has only "made" about three times in about ten years.

I used to teach those courses. The district does not promote the classes so people are not aware about it. They ask for minimum 10 students just to be able to pay the teacher. They are short courses but intensive and cheap.
