Introduction: For more than a year I've enjoyed learning some Spanish basics on my own, but now it's time to venture out to listen and speak Spanish on a regular basis. Beginning my Spanish-language journey has been inspiring and I want to keep at it.
What part of Orlando do you live in?: I'm moving to Winter Park within the next few weeks from Brevard County.
Have you visited a Spanish-speaking country? Which one?: Mexico, Honduras, Belize, Panama and Dominican Republic
Do you speak fluent Spanish? If not, then what kind of exposure have you had towards Spanish culture or language?: I've been teaching myself Spanish for about a year and a half, listening to Latino music and watching telenovelas with Spanish captions (I'm now addicted to Fuego en la Sangre) and studying with the help of About.com and books. I've practiced speaking a little when I've traveled to Spanish-speaking countries.
